Coated Sand
 Liu Sha Sui Yue coated Sand: ordinary coated sand for ordinary iron and steel castings; high-strength, low gas evolution and easy collapsibility coated sand for all non-ferrous alloys; coated sand for centrifugal pipe and tubes, heat-resistant and low expansion coated sand, green coated sand and so on.
1. Ordinary coated sand: It consists of Quartz Sand, hot plastic setting phenolic resin, urotropine and calcium stearate and is suitable for producing ordinary castings.
Characteristics: regular recipe and no additives
2. Heat-resistant coated sand: It is processed by special process and is a new heat-resistant coated sand with high-temperature comprehensive casting property. It is suitable for producing the complicated investment castings with thin wall and steel castings with high quality.
Characteristics: heat-resistant, high strength, low expansion, low gas evolution, slow gas evolution, easy collapsibility
Main products: high temperature resistant coated sand; high temperature, high strength, low-expansion and low gas coated sand
3.Green coated sand: it is a new green coated sand under the normal temperature. It can be stored for a long time and cannot be naturally cured. Based on the different technical requirements for castings, all kinds of green coated sand could be processed.
